Siem Reap Cambodia Itinerary

Enchanting Siem Reap
The one thing we aimed most in this year end trip is a visit to the land of enchantment, Cambodia. We share this aspiration considering the country as a dream destination for our traveling passion.

WHY CAMBODIA
This trip has been planned mainly because we were very eager to join the Annual Angkor Wat Marathon thinking it will be a big achievement in our running goals.

It turned out we had to make important decisions and consider our cousin's situation who at that time was 4 months pregnant. On the other hand, we have carefully deliberated that pushing thru with the run could possibly bring limitations to explore other places.

With this apprehension, we made a big decision letting go completely of the marathon to maximize our 11 days of escapade.

An unexpected vacation extended to 3 amazing countries - one of which is to be able to manage a very fulfilling stay in the Enchanting Siem Reap.

Cambodia is our 2nd Stop for our INDOCHINA Escapade.

We spent 5 days and 4 nights including traveling time and have felt that appreciation for a slow backpacking phase as we arrived in the country.

I say unhurried because we wanted to leisurely spend our vacation without pressuring ourselves with schedules or any commitments and activities with any travel tours.

Personally, I primarily intended to complete the temple tours and visit a café that I saw in one of the articles shared by Marcos ( ambot-ah.com ) in which I have fulfilled in all satisfaction.

Undoubtedly the country is considered to be a perfect tourist destination for everyone, with the existence of its cultural and heritage sites, various attractions, affordable and exotic food with choices of accommodation at a reasonable price - a big delight for a traveler to take pleasure for.

Until today I am still missing SR reminiscing this trouble-free country, how laid back and beautiful its countryside in view of the people’s reservation and conservatism.

I know I lack the profound depiction of exactly how I felt and there’s more for me to discover in this silent country the evident Cambodian society.

  1. In the general terms we can get to have ideas regarding niagara falls boat tour which is the way how it has to be and at the same time starting with a basic outcome helps us.

  2. There are two main reasons why you should visit Cambodia: 1) it offers an incredible amount of history and culture; 2) its nature is amazing: it ranges from the gorgeous National Parks to the relaxing islands.
