Efficiency is synonymous with the Singapore transportation system,  a perfectly managed transportation scheme in this urban city. 

I was overly impressed with how proficient their transport service is being carried on. 

My cousins have mentioned that it is very costly to own a vehicle here in SG. I think it’s also one main reason the government has controlled the traffic and congestion. Residents still conveniently travel by any of the 3 options without hassle at its proficient service to cater to the busy residents of the country.

Transportation in Singapore can either be Taxi cabs, buses, MRT, and LRT.

All 3 transport means can be paid using Travel Cards, re-loadable or can be top-up at any nearest train stations, or passenger service centers.

Payment will be automatically deducted from the loaded credits. This can also be used up for purchases in selected stores.





Once you plan to be in Singapore download the following free applications on your mobile phone. Just make sure to activate your GPS or get wi-fi access and you’ll have both apps up and running and it’s very helpful.
