Roti Prata in Singapore

MY COMFORT FOOD
ROTI PRATA

One of the most satisfying discovery while visiting Singapore in terms of Food Trails is their famous and all-time Favorite "Roti Prata".

A nephew of mine had started this craving in which he eats it as a complete meal at any time of the day. He recommends this Prata store in Serangoon Mall for one of the best prata servings in the city.

My taste bud craves for it too and I just realized I am addicted and loving its special made fluffy dough. Whenever I get bored or when weekends come by I would definitely satisfy and reward myself with a serving or two :-)

Roti Prata is actually an Indian Local food found in most Hawker Stations in Singapore. Most locals would have it for a perfect breakfast to pump up once energy.

This Indian Pancake is made up of flour mixed with margarine, formed into a thin like dough, cooked over a flat grill, and dipped in a spicy curry sauce.

Over the years the majority of the Prata stores offer a variety of Sauces and Prata Flavors from Egg Prata, Cheese Prata, Banana Prata and so much more.

Whatever your choice is, each serving is as unique as it's preparation. The aroma, texture, flavor, and the sizable serving makes it even more delightful pairing it with your favorite Iced Milo or any "Kopi" Servings.

Kopi C (Coffee with unsweetened evaporated milk) is my all-time favorite paired with a Cheese Prata!!!!
